Egg Sandwich: What I Eat for Breakfast Pt. IV 🥚💛

Hey everyone! Since you guys loved my last posts of the “What I eat for breakfast” series, today I’ll be sharing another recipe!

This is my favorite breakfast or snack that my mom used to make for me & I still enjoy it even now 😩🤍

1. Boil eggs till it’s almost cooked. Don’t overcook it!

2. Peel, & mash the boiled eggs in a bowl.

3. Add mayo, butter, salt, pepper or any seasoning you’d like to add & mix them all together.

4. Toast your bread, spread butter, & add the mashed eggs on the toast.

5. Cut them in half!

& you’re done! you can put this on the fridge to eat tomorrow or eat it right away. It’s tasty, quick & easy breakfast or snack.
