Living alone in KL, I can't go out to eat or tapau food everyday because here is hella expensive. So, whenever I'm on my off day, I usually cook as a way to save money. I'm not really good at cooking (and I'm very lazy too) so there are limited recipes that I can try and one of them is the korean tuna egg rice!

This is definitely one of the easiest and tastiest meal (if you like Korean food) you can make. The cost for all the ingredients used is not that high too, so it's suitable for those looking to save money!

The ingredients are:

1) Rice

2) Egg

3) Canned tuna (I use the cheapest brand I can find on the shop but it still taste good πŸ‘Œ)

4) Kimchi (Tip on this one is to find a brand you are familiar with – or just exclude it if you don't like kimchi taste)

5) Kewpie Mayo

6) Seaweed

Kimchi might be slightly expensive but I think it's still a bargain because I can eat it with instant noodles as a great side dish.

Anyway, do try this recipe once! It's definitely one of my comfort korean food – lagi best kalau makan sambil tengok drama Korea 🀣
