Hey y’all ! So this is ME. At my most #realdeal + #vulnerable ME. I hate wearing my eyeglasses in public especially when I’m at work. UNFORTUNATELY for me, I was down to my last pair of contact lens and the left contact had ripped. So I don’t have a choice. 😐🙄😵‍💫😑😑For me, wearing eyeglasses is for home only or spontaneous late night snack run to Walgreens /staterbroslol. Part of the reason why I don’t like wearing my eyeglasses in public. I feel #INSECURE about myself. It is when the neurofibromas on my face (or the bumps) are revealed up close and personal. At least with contact lens on, the truth in my eyes are hidden behind sunglasses. Ya know what I mean? I’ve been wearing eyeglasses since the 1st or 2nd grade and sometimes I feel so UGLY . Just because I don’t live up to mediocre society’s standards/expectations of what defines #BEAUTIFUL

HOWEVER, I know myself and I do #LoveMyself to not let the poison of ugly words get the best of me. Also , I am aware of the fact that I do care too much of what others think or say about ME. This is a daily lesson to learn everyday. It’s #mindovermatter my family, friends and fiancé love me for me . That is all what matters to me.
