Build my travel essential hygiene kit with me 😊😊

Hey everyone, since the holidays are coming and everyone is going overseas, so am I, I hope this post will come in handy to those who are packing! So.. tough luck but according to my period calendar, it seems as if I'll be getting my period during the time when I'm overseas. I was contemplating on whether to take birth control pills to delay my period because i don't want the hassle/ having to deal with cramps but decided not to as it is not that great for the body. Soo, I decided to build myself an emergency kit which i will bring along wherever I go jic I ever need anything.

1. Period Emergency

- Day pad

- Liner

- Panadol meds for cramps on the go

- Emergency Disposable underwear (just in case you stain and are uncomfortable)

- Small Plastic Bag to store your used underwear

2. General hygiene

- Tissue (LOL yes I brought 2 sizes)

- Wet wipes

- Alcohol wipes (this is more for wound cleansing)

- Hand Santizer (I forgot to include)

- Paper Soaps (<$1 on Shopee; mine is otw so I couldn't include it in this picture)

3. Others

- Band-aid for blisters or cuts

- Moisturises (because I can get rash/ ezcema or even peeled skin sometimes so it's good to have this with me)
