What to do in BKK: Where to rent Thai ethic wear?

Here's my amazing experience renting the Thai ethic wear for just 150 Baht/pax for my mum, sis and myself!

Please go to that store in the second pic! The owner is really nice and friendly + he gave us lots of discount.

So the base price is 200Baht for 2h.

For a Hair makeover +50Baht

Accessories add-on + 50Baht

Change of Shoes + 50Baht

Total: 450Baht for full set for 2h

But he charged us 150Baht each for 3h 🥹 I feel like the main reason why is because we came as a group aka 3 of us. And also we didn't plan to rent and was simply dropped off by our taxi outside his store as the Temple entrance was right opposite. We were just taking a look as he started promoting his store and then just kept telling us that this was free and that was free, just for us! How we know that there was additional charges was when his staff tried to charge us but he came in to tell his staff that he said it was free for us. + we also saw others having to pay for their add-ons.

I told him I was going to promote his shop when we were leaving because of how nice he was and he was really grateful and told me to ask all my friends to come over! So maybe if you show him this post and my selfie as a proof that you went there from someone's recommendations, he will be nicer to you and give you more discounts 😊😊 also My dad stayed behind to chat with him as he wasn't interested in dressing up + visiting the temple and helped him translate english to mandarin for a few groups of Chinese tourists so maybe thats why he was also v nice to us. He even asked us to call our bolt to his shop and took the initiative to call our driver to communicate to him where we were.

My recommendations:

👍🏼Wear a tube/ strapless bra because one side of your shoulder will be exposed n they will probably tuck your straps inside if u were to wear straps.

👍🏼If you can, wear your own shoes because the ones they have for change is DAMN UNCOMFORTABLE! They are short heels that is made so poorly that the soles of your fit does not even rest on the soles because the shape was off lmao! I had no choice because I was wearing slides which looked absolutely atrocious with the outfit so wear decent enough shoes for comfort as the temple has steep steps all around.

👍🏼You'll take less than 2h... We took quite abit of pics n went up n down but also because it was really hot, we were tired by the 1.5h mark and went back. So I don't think you'll need to allocate too much time here!
