found a hidden cafe in a quaint bookstore

grassroots book room - transported to a cute quaint bookstore in taiwan 🍃

we chanced upon this bookstore and we were immediately obsessed with the calming zen vibes of this place ~

browse through shelves of chinese books, admire the cute colorful artworks of local artists, and after picking out your books, head over to the cafe, Leeter Tunku Kopitiam, to try some of their specially curated snacks and drinks.

we tried the original and mixed herb scones (both $7). It was recommended by the friendly staff. The scones were warm and toasty paired well with the fresh cream and sweet jam. The drinks, an iced latte / hot latte, were good as well ($6.50 each).

a casual cute afternoon date or for an chill solo date, this place is perfect for a relaxing afternoon :)
