the thicker waves need love too! i’m a hairstylist & i always have people from all walks of life come to me with combed out fluffy waves that they HATE! in some cases they only hate it because they don’t know what to do with it or style it! the difference a little product makes goes a LONG way. and letting them know to NOT brush it while it’s dry only when you wash, you detangle with conditioner. & during the drying process it may be tempting but DONT TOUCH YOUR HAIR. you have to let the product set in & dry in place! after a 1-3 hours, you should have a hard cast of your wave then you can start to scrunch your waves with your preferred oil as you feel the hard cast go away. flip your head upside down and lift your hair lightly at the root🫶🏽 if you try this method tell me how it goes for you!
