Visting NYC soon? SAVE THIS POST! ($1 pizza?!) 🍕

Planning for your upcoming NYC trip? This post is for you! Everyone can agree that New York is a very expensive city, and it may be hard to find good food below $10, especially in the central areas. However, from my recent trip to NYC I have found that you actually have lots of affordable food options, even in the middle of Times Square! 🏙

So in this post I'll be sharing my Top 3 Famous Street Food at Times Square that are super cheap & amazingly good and you definitely can't find here in Singapore! 🤤

🍕 Fresh Pizza 99c - Imagine a huge slice of super cheesy pizza with crispy crust fresh from the oven, simply other-worldly! $1 is for their cheese only pizza, and price varies up to $3 for those with meat toppings, etc. I was really impressed at the quality of the pizza despite the crazy affordable price!

📍 143 W 40th St - there are multiple stalls selling $1 pizza spread across NYC, I've tried a few and this one's still the best!!!

🍛 Adel's Famous - Always a super long queue (but don't worry, moved very fast!), personally their halal gyros are better than the more famous middle eastern food truck; The Halal Guys. If I'm not mistaken, it's about $9/bowl and can easily feed 2 person.

📍 1221 6th Ave - across Radio Music Hall (if you're lucky you can maybe see Jimmy Fallon..)

🌮 Los Tacos No. 1 - BEST mexican food I've ever had, 100% authentic & super flavourful. Tacos, tostadas & quesadillas start from $3.75 apiece (ok may be a bit pricey if you need 3 tacos, but it is definitely worth it!)

📍 229 W 43rd St - across Lyrics Theatre, very convenient for us to eat here during intermission of the Harry Potter broadway show.
