My Favorite Mic!

Hey friends! I wanted to share my favorite mic that I use for streaming, working, and gaming. If you’re looking for a mid-range mic that can do it all, this might be the one! Here’s my full review:

I have the Diety podcast kit which is around $200 but I bought it on sale for just $100 (a Prime Day deal that was actually worth it). I live in a one-bedroom apartment and my husband’s desk is about 4 feet away from mine, so I knew a dynamic mic would be a better fit for me. I was so happy when I finally found a cute dynamic mic that was under $350.

After using this mic for a few months, I can genuinely say I love it. This mic sounds incredibly clear and the boom arm from the kit is very sturdy. It’s a great mic for beginners and was easy to set up out of the box. I also love that it has inputs for USBC and XLR. This gives me the flexibility to try XLR in the future and if I don’t like it, I can switch back to USBC. I also love that all the controls are on the body of the mic and the RGB ring at the bottom is so pretty!

It came with black a foam windscreen that works pretty well. The pops and plosives are almost nonexistent. It’s a dynamic mic so I use it facing forward about a hand width away from my face. It’s great at blocking out my mouse and keyboard and minimizes how loud my husband’s voice sounds in the background while we’re both gaming.

Overall, this is a solid mic for the price and I highly recommend it!
