What is your favorite late night snack? 🍨🍪

📒Notes: I topped my chocolate chip cookie with Haagen-Dazs Matcha Green Tea ice cream. You can use whatever ice cream you want though! 🍦

For the chocolate chip cookie recipe, I did not have butter, so I substituted it with coconut oil. I also substituted the sugar for coconut sugar. I air fried my cookie for 11-12 minutes.

🍫For the chocolate chips, I used Hu’s Simple Dark Chocolate bar and chopped it into pieces.

😅 I just realized that the recipe ask for baking soda and I used baking powder instead. Haha..still worked though.
