My targets for this year as an Analytics Advocate

Hellooo #CorporateGirlies! It’s already the end of April, which means there’s around one month left till we reach our Mid-Year review 👀

That has got me thinking about the targets I’ve set to achieve this year in my career, here are a few general ones I’d like to share:

👩🏻‍💻 Take up more hands-on projects/initiatives

I’m currently part of a big ongoing Analytics project in my company, and I hope I can take up more projects to make me more experienced.

👩🏻‍💻 Upskill

I have a Coursera membership till end of June and hence, I intend to upskill and receive Google certifications on that platform. Working towards a Project Management certification for now.

👩🏻‍💻 Mentorship

I have a mentor at work and outside of work. I aim to initiate more chats/f2f meet-ups to learn from them and hopefully, help me to figure out my career path.

Only 3 simple targets which I hope will help me gain more clarity on my current role & how I’d like to chart my career. How about you guys? 🥰
