So, why do I feel this way?

✨ Sudden realisation/feeling overwhelmed✨

The more I learn, the more I realise that there’s SOO many things I actually don’t know! And then my mind spirals to think that if I didn’t even know this, what about everything else in the world? Will I be able to even learn 20% of what the world has to offer? This realization and thoughts leave me overwhelmed. 🥹

As I reflected upon this feeling, I realised that it is OKAY to feel dumb sometimes. However, don’t let the feeling DEFINE you! The fact that you are trying your best to learn something new is already an achievement!
