What can I do if my eMADANI got rejected? Help! 😓🙏

Hi everyone! Today, I checked my eMADANI status and was sad to see that my application got REJECTED 😭

I couldn’t really understand why, as I fulfill all the criterias of:

✅ Did not claim e-Belia previously

✅ Annual income does not exceed RM100k annually

✅ Above 21 years old (I’m 23 this year!)

✅ Rechecked my IC details and it was all accurate!

I have re-submitted my application twice after that, and got INSTANTLY rejected as well! 😭 I heard that we can submit an appeal to TnG/Shopee/etc? Is this true? If yes, how do we submit the appeal? 🤔 Please share if anyone knows how to do so 🥲🙏

Anyone else facing this problem? If yes, how did you solve it? 😓 Please let me know, as I hope the comments under this post will not only help me, but also other people that are in my position right now 😭
