Book Review: Take A Hint, Dani Brown 💛

Hi 🍋! Today, I’ll be reviewing Book #2 from The Brown Sisters Series: Take A Hint, Dani Brown!

Danika Brown is a girl who knows what she wants in terms of all aspects of her life. When it comes to romance, she has experienced it all and isn’t looking for anything serious.

When her brooding security guard, Zafir Ansari rescues her from a workplace fire drill, the last thing she would’ve expected is someone recording them and going viral on the Internet, which leads to them fake dating.

✨ What I liked: Again, the diversity! This author always includes characters from different ethnic backgrounds: the main characters of this book are a Black woman and a Muslim man. Also, I appreciate how she exposes us to the cultures along the way in the book. I’m a fan of the fake dating trope, which was definitely a plus point and made me enjoy this book! Also, I liked how playful Dani was and how serious Zafir was — they really balance each other out well! 🫶🏻

✨ What I didn’t like: Honestly, nothing much! It was quite an enjoyable read 🥰
