Hidden Coffee Mill in Taiping? ☕😍

One of the places I visited during the school holidays last year was Taiping, and my mom wanted to bring our family to this hidden coffee mill! The name of the place is called Antong Coffee Mill, and apparently it was here since 1933. ☕😯

They preserved part of the old equipment next to the entrance to prove that, and it was all functional with workers supervising the process. 🤯 Next to the entrance as well was a small room where they played trailers about the history and background of the place. So, if you’re interested, do take a look!

I feel like the most interesting part of this place would be how many nice backdrops that they have around the establishment.😍 They have murals, benches and also a small bridge to provide as background for your pictures.✨✨

What I also like about this place would be the wide selections of coffee that they have. For certain types of coffee, they even have different mixes! I forgot what was the mix type exactly, but I remember being stunned by how they have the Northern Malaysian flavour and Southern Malaysian flavour as well as the plain version of the coffee.😱✨

Last but not least, if you’re here, do try the espresso ice cream. It is very strong, however, I believe that it is worth a try because it tastes really good.🍦✨

Overall, this is a quaint place to visit during the weekends or if you’re looking for some unique places in Taiping. I think there’s a food outlet opening sometime in the future behind the sales building, but other than that, what they have to offer is what I have written in this post. Hence, I have to be honest with saying that I might not go back a second time as a travel site as I believe visiting once is enough. 🤷But, I would definitely go back for the variety of coffee that they offer. ☕☺️
