🪄 Dedicated 1 hr for my skin care routine while saying affirmations and putting my phone on dnd after 9 pm allows me to decompress and pour some self - love into myself with noo distractions

🪄currently trying new teas to get me sleepy for bed! I think my body has become immune to melatonin atp 😭 (any suggestions??)
