I fought my Agoraphobia

I’ve been dealing with it for 2-3 years now, at first it was hard to even leave my room without having a panic attack. I have come so far and gone so far too! My biggest step was this year, I went to stores again, without panic, I visited my in laws a lot, spent the night at my sister in laws a few times (have ourselves some sister time 💙❤️), I have went back to my hometown that I hadn’t visited in 5+ years. 300 miles away from home for a week! And I did it! I did that! I have come so far and am proud of how far I have come, I will continue, despite the good days and bad. I will continue.
