best fall recipe for a girly on a calorie deficit!! ☺️

what you’ll need

217 grams ripe banana (2 medium bananas)

2 scoops snickerdoodle protein powder (I’m using PeScience)

30 grams almond flour

1/3 cup “brown sugar” ( Truvia)

1/4 cup “sugar” (monk fruit)

2 eggs

50 mls sugar free syrup

170 grams pumpkin puree

a dash or about a teaspoon of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice

preheat over to 350 fahrenheit

grab a medium size mixing bowl and place your bananas in and smash them up. Once fully smashed place eggs, “sugar”, “brown sugar”, sugar free syrup and pumpkin puree and mix until well combined.

slowly stir in the 2 scoops of protein powder and then slowly mix in flour, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.

once well combined line your 8x8 pan with parchment paper and place mixture in the pan then place in the oven and bake for about 35-40 mins or until golden brown.

let it sit for about 15 mins and then cut into 9 evenly squares.
