recipe deets:
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
2 scoops of your favorite chocolate protein powder( i’m using rule one but i like black magic more!)
1/4 cup baking cocoa powder
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup brown sugar (i used truvia)
1/4 cup sugar ( i used monk fruit)
6 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1/4 cup unsweet almond milk
2 eggs (not shown in the picture)
40 grams chocolate chips ( i used sugar free chocolate chips)
directions :
- preheat your oven at 350F and line a 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- in a mixing bowl combine peanut butter, unsweet applesauce, almond milk, brown sugar, sugar. mix until smooth.
-Then add your 2 eggs and combine.
- add one scoop of protein powder, mix, then add the second scoop.
- slowly stir in your oat flour, pb powder, and cocoa powder.
- pour the batter into your lined pan, evenly distributing it across the pan. Add your chocolate chips on top.
- place pan in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
- let it cool and cut into 9 equal pieces.
