2 Ingredient Summer Snack!

I started doing this when I had a can of leftover corn that I roasted and my brother loved!

All you need to do is add some butter to a pan and toss in a can or two of canned corn (make sure to drain it) ! 🌽

Add some extra flavor with seasonings of choice

I did :

Salt

Paprika

Lemon juice

Medium heat till all the moisture is out with some roasted brown spots and you’re done!

You can pop these while lounging, take them as a portable snack, or add them to salads or as a side !
