let’s get real about purity!!

I really want my page to a space where Christian women can be transparent and vulnerable to speak on REAL life.

I’ll share my experience..

I got saved maybe a little over a year ago and im in my first relationship since then so this is the first time I’ve EVER tried to be abstain and be pure. And im gonna be HONEST ITS HARD!!

I actively do prayer, set boundaries, have accountability but there’s the reality that this season is gonna suck and that’s okay.

Being that I haven’t waited before I truly understand the value in waiting, and building my relationship on the emotional and spiritual vs primarily physical.

Here’s some truths though I want us to keep in mind as we walk through this together:

• SEX isn’t bad or dirty, God designed it and it’s a beautiful thing!

• You are still going to desire your partner! I’d say you’d need a different partner if you WERENT attracted to them in that way
