30 & Lost

I honestly feel like ever since I turned 30. I’ve became the most depressed I’ve ever been in life. I feel lost, no motivation to do anything, I have no career, I’m still trying to find myself and all I want to do is sleep, eat, watch YouTube videos and half clean my house.

Today I am taking a new approach and step-by-step. I am going to start working on becoming the best version of myself for me. I don’t know how that looks or what will come with but if I can continue to keep doing what I’m doing, I’m going to let time pass me by.
