Wash is stressful, here’s a simple routine!

My wash day routine - I try to do this once a week but if not then every 2 weeks.

💕It usually starts off with deep conditioning if I feel I need it. Or some other type of treatment.

💕Next, shampoo. I used @mielleorganics sea moss anti shedding shampoo to prevent breakage/excess shedding because I was going to detangling thoroughly.

💕For conditioner, I used the @mielleorganics sea moss anti shedding conditioner, same reason as above.

💕To detangle, I’m using my @tangleteezer brush and making sure there are no knots since I will be styling my hair afterwards. I do this with the conditioner still in my hair and under running warm water.

💕Finally, I wash everything out and it’s time to style!
