HOW I’M GETTING BACK ON THE FITNESS WAGON ✨

💪🏽 I’ve been using the Alive app on and off for the past two years and I love it! I never understood how to implement a strength training program into my workout routine + I am an OG Whitney Simmons follower. This app has made strength training so easy for me!

✨ I just started her new legs based program and so far I’m loving it! I’ve completed over 165 workouts in the app - it’s so easy to follow + it has other features like timers, journaling, progress pics tracking, etc
