Delicious red snapper

How I made my red snapper. First you want to clean the fish inside and out with lemon and or limes. Season your fish. I used a variety of spices like pepper, slap ya mamma , Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic and onion powder.

Make sure your skillet is on medium high heat before you place them in the pan. Sprinkles flour on the top and as you turn them after 4 min. They should be done after 4 min on each side.

Your fish should come out like mine, nice and golden ready to be devoured . Serve it with w.e you like I always serve mine with fried cabbage and rice.
