i’m back again with another fuss-free meal-prep recipe!

so thankful for the traction on the previous post & it fuelled me to provide another of my favourites ˏ✎*ೃ

on today’s meal-prep recipe — we go old school with chicken breast.

❃ directions

(( all in one pan ))

- season the chicken breast (or any cut you prefer honestly) with pepper and teriyaki sauce

- season the tofu (cubed) with herbs • i used rosemary, dill, salt, and papper

- in this, i used salad greens but sometimes i swap it out for broccoli • season the broccoli with salt and pepper (& 1tsp of olive oil if you prefer it to be less dry)

place everything in one pan & toss them into the oven for 20min @ 180dc

❃ pistachio honey mustard concoction

i did a really random dressing to pair with the salad & damn, i was slightly impressed with my own concoction hahaha

ingredients —

3 tsp honey mustard

1 tsp olive oil

a squeeze of lemon

a dash of dill

50g roasted (& crushed) pistachio
