Authentic Ramen Shop in SG 😋

my favourite Ramen shops in Singapore are without a doubt, the Keisuke chain of Ramen shops.

each restaurant features a different broth, some serve only Tonkotsu (Pork) broth or only Kani (Crab) broth.

the restaurant featured today specialises in Tori (Chicken), with the ramen served in a hearty chicken broth as well as a GIANT chicken leg 🍗

each Keisuke restaurant also offered free unlimited hard boiled eggs and beansprouts. and you might be thinking, they’re just beansprouts how good could they be?

well, these beansprouts are the best beansprouts i have ever eaten and i always go for 2-3 servings every time i eat there. absolutely amazing beans 🤤

the ramen comes with the standard ingredients like soft boiled eggs and black fungus, but also speciality ingredients unique to this store, the grilled chicken leg and the chicken meatballs.

the ramen noodles itself are also top notch, with really springy noodles and the broth is super addictive. you’ll be sure to finish the bowl to the last drop 😋😋
