Happy Sunday, lovelies! 🫶 It's time to take care of yourself and set the tone for an amazing week ahead! Sunday is my personal FAVORITE day of the week. It’s a time where I reset and recharge for a productive week ahead. Sundays are SCARED to me 🤭

SCHEDULE ME-TIME 💆🏻‍♀️

Carve out some time just for yourself to do something you enjoy!! This could be anything from reading a book, taking a long bath, or going for a walk in nature. Taking time for yourself is essential for self-care, and it will help you feel more relaxed and rejuvenated for the week ahead.

I LOVE taking deep showers and taking time to work on a hobby. I’ve been super into sounds baths and just got a new Tibetan bowls.

PLAN YOUR WEEK 📅

I love taking time on Sunday to prepare my week with ideal workouts, meals, and personal plans. I love doing this ahead of time so that as my week gets hectic, I continue to prioritize my health and activities I want to get done. This will help you stay on track with your goals and save you time and energy during the busy week!

ORGANIZE YOUR SPACE 🧼

I am a neat freak… but are you really surprised? Starting the week off with clean clothes, clean room and office helps me not be so overwhelmed. Having a clean space for the week will help you stay motivated and focused on what's important.
