How I grew my nails

This is just what has worked for me! I take a lot of pride in nails and I love having pretty nails to look at. i used to cut them short for sports, but once I stopped playing I allowed them to grow and started taking care of my nails. If anyone has any tips let me know! The only one I was told is acrylic is very strong, which is best for long nails! I used to use SNS, but my nails kept breaking. Since switching to acrylic my nails have not broken and because I only get new sets ever 2-3 month the damage is not too bad!
