Chile Verde Chicken Pozole

Pozole can be made many different ways! Rojo (red), verde (green), blanco (white). It is typically paired with pork but you can use chicken too! (I try not to eat pork) This was my first time making it and it was super easy and it came out sooo good and flavorful.

Ingredients:

6 cups Chicken Broth

1lb chicken

1lb tomatillos

2 poblano chiles

2 garlic cloves

2 jalapeños

1tbs oregano

Salt to taste

Canned #hominy

You can serve this Mexican soup with a side of rice and beans, tortillas, even a quesadilla or plain cheese enchiladas! I personally love dipping corn tortillas in it!!
