Trying Villas Tacos in Los Angeles

Villas Tacos is a taco spot 🌮 with vegan options I’ve been wanting to visit for months. It’s just a tiny storefront in Highland Park so not much seating but I was happy to enjoy the food in my car. If I was willing to wait I probably could have gotten a seat but I was too hungry. There is plenty of parking at least.

I ordered the vegan trio taco plate that comes with one soyrizo, one nopales and one papas taco. Nopales is cactus and papas is potatoes for those who don’t know. These are the biggest cheapest tacos I’ve found in Los Angeles to date. The plate is $11.50 but typically vegan tacos can be like $4.50 at least each so this is a better deal. The blue corn tortilla tacos are filled generously and covered in guacamole. The tacos are so delicious and so is the hibiscus Agua Fresca I ordered.
