I personally find meal-prepping to be really handy and helpful in maintaining a balanced diet while juggling a busy schedule. Here are some tips that might help!

✨ Look online for recipe ideas! My favourite places to get inspiration are Pinterest, Buzzfeed Tasty app and Tik Tok

✨ Include accessible ingredients such as produce from neighborhood grocery stores and poultry from the wet market to lower the overall cost of ingredients

✨ When you're thinking of what ingredients to purchase, try to include more colours to make your meals more appetizing and nutritious. This can include a variety of vegetables, grains and protein sources

✨ Make meal prepping fun! Carve out an hour or two every weekend/ on your off day to prep the ingredients and prepare your meals for the week. Listen to your favourite music/audiobooks/podcasts, use your favourite containers and drink some wine/juice while you're at it
