Joshua Tree

I was recently in Palm Springs and decided to make a trip out to Joshua Tree for the day. This little desert oasis was equal parts serene and enchanting and the ultimate destination if you're looking for a chance to connect with nature on a whole new level.

The landscape is so cool, and so different from what you normally think of in LA or California. There's endless stretches of golden sands, towering rock formations, and the iconic Joshua Trees that seem like something out of a dream. Exploring the park's hiking trails will lead you to hidden treasures, like hidden oases and ancient petroglyphs, leaving you in awe of the rich history and natural wonders.

I've heard that night time is truly spectacular, but I didn't get to stay that late. But I can imagine camping under a blanket of stars.

So, if you're in the LA/Palm Springs area, I think it's totally worth a day trip (or longer) to go out to Joshua Tree. It's a destination that will inspire you, rejuvenate your soul, and make you feel like you're living in a desert fairytale.
