Let's make my low calorie overnight oats!

I’ve been loving making these overnight oats lately. They’re low calorie, healthy, provide you with long lasting energy, and they taste delicious. These are also ideal if you're in a calorie deficit. Alternatively, you can add ingredients such as bananas and peanut butter to increase the calories if you're bulking.

This recipe is under 400 calories (300 calories if you add water instead of milk, but this will compromise their creamy consistency).

1. Add 40g oats to a jar or a container

2. Add 1 tbsp chia seeds

3. Add enough milk to cover the dry ingredients and then add a few more inches of milk as the ingredients will soak it all up overnight.

4. Add flavour drops

5. Add berries (you can also add a banana if you want, however, I chose to stick with berries, as this recipe is low in calories).

6. Add a drizzle of low calorie chocolate sauce/ syrup

7. Place the jar in the fridge overnight and enjoy cold the next morning
