new celine ava in black sold out in sg? 🖤

As seen on Blackpink’s Lisa 🤣 Finally viewing it in-person and swear it looks even prettier irl. I’m wearing the Ava Triomphe Soft Bag in Smooth Calfskin Black, which is now sold out in-store in Singapore and only pre-orders are available. The calfskin versions (in Black & Tan) retails at $3650, while Canvas is $3200.

Personally prefer the black one given its sleek design, and how it’s easier to match with any outfit colour. And for that $450 price difference, the calfskin is definitely something more worth going for. Compared to its Ava predecessor without the Celine logo hardware, this kind of feels like the bag has a ‘front’ and ‘back’ to it? Like it’s more complete if you know what I mean HAHA.

Space-wise, the bag could easily fit the essentials and has a flat inner compartment too - small but very practical (compared to the minis). The material inside is suede too which gives that added luxury. But then again, suede makes me wary of what I put inside, like what if my hand sanitizer starts leaking LOL because water and suede are not the best of friends. Anyways, this bag just launched so the prices may go up even more 🥹 Shall just stick to trying on for now although this is defo going into the bag wishlist.
