Cozy lil Taiwanese cafe to try with doesn’t break the bank 🍚 What I tried —

Braised Pork Rice ($5.80): Added quail eggs for $1.50, which I highly recommend for an extra texture ✨ Pork belly, claimed to be braised for more than 24 hours, was topped on japanese rice and served with minced pickles. Mix them all up for goodness in a bowl. Loved how the meat wasn’t too fatty yet still melt-in-your-mouth standard. Thank you for not making me feel so sinful eating this lolol.

Honey Glazed Crispy Chicken ($8.80): Deep fried chicken thigh with honey and topped with sesame seeds. This came bigger than expected 👀 and is great to sharing. One of the better cutlets I’ve had — the skin was exceptionally crunchy, while the meat was so tender and juicy sluuuüps. They could have toned down on the honey though, felt it was abit too sweet.

Braised Pork Fries ($9.80): Shoestring fries covered in braised minced pork, 3 cheese, mayonnaise and spring onions. One of their signatures too, with generous amount of toppings. The zhap from the braised meat drenched the fries though, so if you’re into soggy fries this is perfect for you 🥶
