Your Sign to Go On a Cruise | Top 3 Reasons 🛳💨

Booking a plane ticket to somewhere has been on everyone’s mind but what about… sea travel? 🌊 I went on a 5D4N ‘Cruise to Nowhere’ earlier this year with Royal Caribbean and even though we didn’t stop by any neighbouring countries, we still managed to keep ourselves occupied throughout because there’s so much to eat and do (even if it is just chillaxing). This is YOUR SIGN to go on a cruise and here’s why:

1. Unlimited food 🌭: Compared to a staycay which costs averagely $100/night per pax = $400 for 4 nights, our cruise was ~$700 with accoms with FOOD (and ofc the activities). I wouldn’t say that the food is mindblowing michelin star standard but still, pretty decent including atas ingredients like steak, escargot, shrimp, etc. Everything is free flow as well which makes it all the more worth it 😭 There’s 3 main dining areas with lots of options — buffet style, restaurant ala carte buffet style, and a mini diner that serves bites like pizza, cake, etc. to satisfy supper cravings.

2. Pre-scheduled activities 🏄🏻‍♂️: Unlike travelling to a new place, everything has already been pre-planned like shows to watch or recreational activities available so you literally do not have to research or prepare what to do beforehand. Just board the ship and chill ~ My vessel had bumper cars, surfing lessons (which you have to book immediately when you board because it’s too popular), and the usual pools to chill at. My favourite spot was the ‘Solarium’, where we just spent the afternoon drinking and swimming. There’s definitely something for everyone on the ship.

3. Beautiful sunsets 🌅: Found myself going up the deck every single evening to catch the sunset. The unblocked view of the sun against the vast ocean backdrop was just 🤌🏼
