A 2 Day Guide to Busan 🌤

Heading to Seoul and thinking of squeezing a short trip to Busan? We planned for 3D2N as part of our Korea trip but it simply was not enough. Nonetheless, here’s my must-try list of things to do if you’re in Busan for a short duration:

⛩ Haedong Yonggungsa Temple: Deemed as the most beautiful temple in Korea, this iconic temple definitely lived up to expectations. Best time to visit would be early morning ~10am before the crowd or even during sunset for the views.

☕️ Gonggeuk Sand Coffee: Right next to the temple! Walked for around 20 minutes to get to this aesthetic and minimalist cafe. Both desserts and drinks were amazing (especially the croffles).

⛱ Picnic by Gwangalli Beach: Less crowded than Haeundae beach and perfect place to admire the sunset. We got our picnic mat from Olive Young and there’s a lot of restaurants nearby to order food too - fried chicken and sujebi was so good.

🍯 Hotteok: A must-eat in Busan, not to be missed. This one at BIFF Square is really popular and worth the hype. Loved how generous they were with the filling which had pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds etc.
