Pleasure Practice

Pleasure practice does not need need to be a solo sexual practice (although it can be 💦).

Pleasure practice is simply about finding what feels GOOD in your body.

Moving out of habitual movements of yoga poses, stretches or dancing

And leaning into the richest, most alive twists, turns, and shakes our body guides us to make.

Maybe it’s the way your fingers glide across your wrist or thighs

Maybe it’s lying flat on your belly and taking in the texture of the floor beneath you

Maybe it’s rolling your neck around, closing your eyes and going deeper within

and as with everything

*the slower the deeper*

Pleasure is our birthright.

Don’t let anyone shame you into feeling or believing anything else.
