• LOOSE flowy cuts for airflow 🌬️ Applies to top or bottom

• Lighter coloured clothing because darker colours trap heat

• Choosing your fabrics wisely — go for natural fabrics that are more breathable like 100% cotton or linen. I also wear Uniqlo’s Airism tee ✨

• Consider tucking out your tops because tucking in can seriously trap heat

• A structured bag to tie the entire look together. My tote of choice is the Aimee Work BiB from @Tocco Toscano
