I don’t know about you, but every month when I get my period I get very resentful. It’s inconvenient, everything hurts, your breast your uterus your pelvic your lower back. Your acne acts up, you bloat and get water retention.

One thing that gets me the most is the anxiety of not knowing when you’re going to leak or worse, stain the office chair. Especially for all my heavy flow girls🩸🌊

So I always plan my outfits and laundry day to make sure that I have a supply of tight boxer shorts underwear + dark-coloured, loose fitting trousers during my period week.
