Oh baby! 👩🏽‍🍼🍼👶🏼

So let’s be honest pregnancy is not the all rainbows and butterflies. I had a lot of butterflies tho 🦋, my butterflies was more like morning sickness. My morning sickness lasted up until the day I gave birth 😩

If I could go back I would change a few things. First I would have more of a solid birth plan. My husband supported me the best he could being also a ftp. But when it came to the hospital, the nurses and doctors, I felt very clueless. I would also invest in a doula from everyone I have heard are godsends.

So back to the story… I had preeclampsia. It so serious you guys. My blood pressure was so high my feet swoll into large sausages. It was so scary seeing the high risk symptoms my body was going through. But atlas I had to pull through.

The plan was to induce me 3 weeks early. I ended up being in labor for like 3 days before they decided I needed a cesarean. It was scary but also quick and there was no pain. lt wasn’t the way I wanted but my beautiful baby was healthy in my arms.

My beautiful baby boy. The light of our lives. Everything we do is for him. After 3 miscarriages this was our rainbow🌈 baby who blessed our lives. After the heartbreak and then being blessed with this gift, we decided that he will be our one and only. As much baby fever as I do get, I really value my life and will never risk it again. I have to be here to raise my boy right.
