Things We Never Got Over no spoilers honest review

Although I enjoyed this book for the most part and the end left me giddy:

-700 pages is too long

-so many scenes were a repeat and felt like filler

-a LOT of cliches which made it predictable

-too much of the back and forth which made some interactions feel pointless and stretched out

-the plot wasn’t great

-hated some of the naming of things, made everything feel a bit shallow

-the character growth felt a little..off? Like there was no growth for majority of the time and then BOOM they’re grown now.

-the problem dragged on for a VERY long time (both individual and collective)

but

-spicy scenes were done nicely

-found family troupe was spot on

-swooned over most of the characters

-overall a light, fun read

-LOVED the character relationships

-cute nicknames

-a lot of funny and heartwarming scenes

-LOVED the ending
