This Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette needs

to be in your fridge! Not only is

it delicious, but it is SO EASY! To make it,

mix equal parts of olive oil, mayo, maple

syrup or honey (or half and half honey/

maple which | did here!), balsamic vinegar

and dijon mustard. That’s it! Season with

sea salt and pepper to taste if desired, but

it is pretty unnecessary in this recipe! You

can easily do without. Bonus for ease and

simplicity! ALSO, if you are low sugar or

sugar-free, you can always omit the

sweetener and then just sweeten to taste!

Totally personal preference on that.

Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette (example recipe)

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (or a combo

of both)

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp mayo

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp dijon mustard

(you can scale it up or down just using

whatever ratio you love).

Season with sea salt and pepper if you’d

like.

Shake ingredients together in a jar until emulsified. So easy, so delicious!
