Virtual Diary🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

Hi guys, this will be my little virtual diary!! i’m so excited to finally have something that’s like a virtual diary and everyone seems so friendly and nice on here. i love the encouragement on this app.

I’m Naomi, im 23 years old. I’ve been working out for nearly 4 years now. Unfortunately due to an injury I had back in December. It has reset my entire fitness journey back. Thank god, i’m getting it checked out now. So i stopped working out entirely. I don’t want to irritate it more. So i’m sticking to walking right now until the doc sends me to PT and i’m told im clear to start working out again. Not going to lie but ive gotten so depressed over it. it’s getting better as the day goes. But i’ve been to so many doctors appointments in the last couple months. it’s exhausting going in and out. but i’m praying for a speedy recovery. Anyways that’s it for now🫶🏼can’t wait to post more on here:)
