Is Pilates worth it ?

I finally gave in and signed up for a month of Pilates because I wanted to see what the hype was all about and here is how it went.

My first class was absolutely so hard because I didn’t know what to expect and I would say if you want to work on your strength training , then you should definitely try Pilates . I could t believe how sore I get immediately after. It took me a couple of days to get use to because it was so intense it would drain my energy for the rest of the day.

After I got done with one week of it I began to get use to it and i immediately fell in love with this style of workout. The class itself is only 45min with no breaks in between only when you absolutely need to take a sip of water.

But I loved how I could do this class and be done with my workout for the day.

Pilates can be pricey but overall I loved my experience and I believe I will renew for another month of it because I loved it so much ! It’s a different experience and the motivation is great . I do think it worth it and if you could find a place where they offer a first time buyer then I would say to definitely give it a shot .
