My weight has fluctuated ever since the pandemic and that is the time I probably gained most of my weight and it wasn’t until I had my picture taken from behind when I realized I wanted to begin my fitness journey , not only to lose fat I had gained but to maintain my weight as well. Here are a few things that helped me lose 10 lbs.
1. Be consistent when exercising. Try 30 mins a day with light cardio or walk 20 mins on an incline of 12.5 at 2.7 speed . I also incorporated 20 mins of stair master when I wanted an extra push.
2. Caloric deficit will be your best friend. I went on a caloric deficit and limited my intake of carbs and refined sugar. It was not easy but it was beneficial to aid in the weight loss.
3. Spend time outdoors ! My favorite thing to do is to go hiking because it’s a great workout and you get vitamin D as well. Plus it’s a fun activity to do with friends.
I could really be that simple to lose weight and get in shape , you just have to stay consistent, motivated and don’t be so hard on yourself. You GOT THIS!
