Day three water clense.

Today is day three and i lost 2 pounds a total of 5 pounds in three day. I am way more alert and im so proud of myself becuase i am staying committed and not giving in to temptation. I am thinking of extending it to 21 days if i can get to my goal weight but i will keep you guys posted.
