HDB Waffle & Ice Cream Cafe

Another ice cream and waffle shop at the saturated ice cream and waffle scene in Bedok. Joining the crowd is BUTTERSPACE. BUTTERSPACE is just few doors down from la creamery.

Ive been wanting to try out this place for the longest time but haven’t got the chance to because it’s quite out of the way. Tucked away under HDB blocks it’s mor convenient if you take a car or grab. The waffles were so crispy and flavourful and soft and fluffy on the inside. I had a tough time choosing the flavour of my ice cream but I’m glad I went with the dark chocolate. I don’t usually go back to ice cream and waffle places because it’s expensive. But this, this I can afford. Not to mention, the staff was so friendly!!! You get to choose 1 of the 3 sauces for your waffle. I picked the classic maple syrup to go with my waffle. Definitely the right choice.

Butterspace interior is also simple and minimalistic to pair the space like interior. The mascot was very apt too, an astronaut. I’ll be back!

Single scoops cost $3.50 apiece, double scoops $6.50, with an extra $0.80 for premium flavors and $4 for waffles. Pretty affordable in my opinion. Most ice cream and waffle shops out there can get quite pricey.
