02: Comfy and minimal outfit for the weekend!

Last Saturday, me and my friends went out for a brunch session at The Upper Cafe, Melaka. It’s been a long time since i last met my friends and honestly it feels so good to have a catch-up session with them.

As im meeting them on a weekend, i chose a Knitted Loungewear in Olive for a more relaxed mood. It is a 2 piece set and i love how the olive color is not too vibrant on me. The cutting is loose but not too baggy. Though the set is made from a knitted fabric, it’s airy and lightweight. Perfect for our hot weather.

As for hijab, i always go for black or white color as these 2 are my comfort colors. But to pair it with an olive color, i chose black hijab and style it as turban. To be frank, square hijab will always be my first pick whenever i feel like wearing turban. Simply because it’s smaller in size and have very minimal leftover fabrics. This will make my hijab looks neater and more secured.

Paired it with a black heels, my whole outfit just look way lot better. Yes, pairing it with flats or sandal would look good as well but as someone who’s petite and want to feel taller for the day, i chose this black open toe heel. Perfect in height and comfortable, i can wear this heel all day long.

To elevate my outfit of the day, i picked this small boxy black bag. It has the size that i wanted from a Lady Dior. Can’t deny that this bag actually makes my outfit look classy. It comes with a long strap as well but i prefer to have it as a handbag instead of sling-bag.

Oh and don’t forget to always add some accessories to complete the whole look. My go to accessories is my metal watch that i bought from Milliot n co. The gold colour really is irresistible.

And that’s how i pull off the comfy and minimal look.
